Construction works on streets Donja Lastva I and Obala Filipa Miloševića Street
The Secretariat for Traffic and Utility Services of the Municipality of Tivat informs the public that, based on Decision no. 16-341/25-UPI-242/3 dated April 24, 2025, excavation works will commence on Saturday, April 26, on Donja Lastva I Street and Obala Filipa Miloševića Street (longitudinal excavation on cadastral plots no. 555 and 728/1, both in the cadastral municipality of Donja Lastva), as well as one transverse excavation on Donja Lastva I Street (cadastral plot no. 555, cadastral municipality of Donja Lastva), for the purpose of connecting the facility on cadastral plot no. 568, cadastral municipality of Donja Lastva, to the electrical infrastructure.
The works will last until May 26 and will be carried out in phases, with alternating traffic flow, in accordance with the prepared Temporary Traffic Signalization Plan in the work zone.
The contractor is obliged to ensure the unobstructed and safe flow of traffic and to take all necessary measures to secure and protect traffic participants in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 033/12, 058/14, 014/17, and 066/19).
