This is contrary to Article 55 of the Law on the Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases and punishable under Article 70, paragraph 4, item 8 of the said law. This person was written by the inspector of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs of the Municipality of Tivat and issued a misdemeanor order in the amount of \u20ac 100.
