The construction and reconstruction of buildings and the excavation of public areas are prohibited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Officials of the Secretariat for Inspection and Communal Supervision of the Municipality of Tivat will visit investors on open construction sites in the coming days, in order to inform them in time about the provisions of the mentioned decision and to prevent possible sanctioning of those who ignore the current ban. The investor is obliged to close the construction site in a way that will ensure unhindered traffic, the safety of persons, neighboring facilities in the vicinity and install opaque protective fences around the construction site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the decision of the mayor, two construction sites will be active in Tivat during the summer season: the strategically important construction of the MR2 road to Lustica and the works on the reconstruction of sports fields in Donja Lastva, which are nearing completion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ban on performing construction works on the territory of the municipality of Tivat during the summer tourist season, is in force from July 1 to September 15, 2021, based on the decision of the same name.
