Based on Article 20 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, number 75\/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning informs the interested public that the project holder, “Autohaus D&D” doo from Tivat, Dumidran bb, submitted a request for giving consent to the study on environmental impact assessment for the functioning of a business facility – a self-service laundromat and an office container on part of the urban plot UP 1, which consists of parts of cadastral plots no. 1165, 1166, 1167, 1168\/2 and 1163 KO Mr\u010devac, in the scope of the State study of the location “Part of Sector 22 and Sector 23”, municipality of Tivat.<\/p>\n

In connection with the above, we invite you to inspect the submitted report in the premises of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning, Municipality of Tivat, Trg magnolija no. 1, office no. 5, on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., as well as on the website – website of the Municipality of Tivat www.opstinativat.me.<\/p>\n
