Authorized officials of the Secretariat for Inspection and Communal Supervision of the Municipality of Tivat, while performing communal supervision, found a truck from the company “Cijevna komerc” d.o.o. from Podgorica depositing land by the road, in the immediate vicinity of the roundabout Kotor – Radovi\u0107i.<\/p>\n

For the aforementioned misdemeanor, the legal entity, the company “Cijevna komerc”, as well as the responsible person in the legal entity, will be issued misdemeanor orders in the total amount of 2,000.00 euros due to the disposal of waste outside the place provided for that purpose, as well as misdemeanor orders in the total amount of 2,000.00 euros, because at the time of the control, the truck driver did not submit for inspection the employment contract and a certified copy of the employer’s tax certificate for the employee, issued by the Authority responsible for tax collection, i.e. the decision on the lump-sum payment of tax for persons who carry out transport, which is , by law, is required to have in your vehicle. Pursuant to the Decision on communal order, the same legal and responsible person will also be issued misdemeanor fines in the total amount of 170 euros for soiling a public surface, that is, a municipal road, without first washing the wheels.<\/p>\n

The Secretariat for Inspection and Communal Supervision notes that the company “Cijevna Komerc” in the Kotor settlement of Pr\u010danj is carrying out excavation works, i.e. earthworks at the construction site there and bringing and illegally depositing soil on private plots near the Kotor roundabout, in the territory of the municipality of Tivat. The Municipal Secretariat points out that irresponsible entities, despite being fined last year in the total amount of 61,170.00 euros, continue to violate the law, and that they are following the decisions on the prohibition of depositing outside the place designated for that purpose by plot owners.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
