{"id":38904,"date":"2023-02-03T10:07:43","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T09:07:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/opstinativat.me\/?p=38904"},"modified":"2023-03-02T10:09:20","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T09:09:20","slug":"control-of-temporary-billboards-on-the-territory-of-the-municipality-of-tivat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/opstinativat.me\/en\/control-of-temporary-billboards-on-the-territory-of-the-municipality-of-tivat\/","title":{"rendered":"Control of temporary billboards on the territory of the municipality of Tivat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After the action of removing close to a hundred temporary billboard objects from the entire territory of the municipality of Tivat, the Secretariat for Inspection and Communal Supervision informs that the authorized officials &#8211; communal inspectors, have started the inspection supervision of the installation, i.e. the construction of temporary billboard objects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Municipal Secretariat reminds that in accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings, which clearly defines the conditions for the installation or construction of temporary buildings, all owners of billboards must have all the necessary documentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Municipal Inspection carries out checks every day, with a special emphasis on billboards placed on communal facilities &#8211; public lighting poles, which cannot be legalized because the Decision on the Municipal Order prohibits the use of communal facilities for displaying advertisements. On this basis, a total of six misdemeanor orders in the amount of EUR 170.00 each have been issued so far.
