{"id":41898,"date":"2023-11-24T13:57:54","date_gmt":"2023-11-24T12:57:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/opstinativat.me\/?p=41898"},"modified":"2023-12-04T14:04:44","modified_gmt":"2023-12-04T13:04:44","slug":"public-hearing-on-the-draft-local-plan-for-controlling-the-dog-population-in-the-municipality-of-tivat-for-the-years-2024-2029","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/opstinativat.me\/en\/public-hearing-on-the-draft-local-plan-for-controlling-the-dog-population-in-the-municipality-of-tivat-for-the-years-2024-2029\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Hearing on the Draft Local Plan for Controlling the Dog Population in the Municipality of Tivat for the years 2024-2029"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Public discussion on the draft Local Plan for Dog Population Control in the Municipality of Tivat for the years 2024-2029 will last for 15 days and will take place from November 27, 2023, to December 11, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The public discussion will be conducted according to the following plan:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The local administration body responsible for organizing the public discussion is the Secretariat for Traffic and Housing-Communal Affairs of the Municipality of Tivat.<\/li>\n<li>The draft plan will be:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; published on the Municipality of Tivat&#8217;s website: opstinativat.me;<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; posted on the notice board within the premises of the Municipality;<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; made available to all interested citizens in the office of the Secretariat for Traffic and Housing-Communal Affairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Citizens, local communities, companies, entrepreneurs, non-governmental organizations, local government bodies, public services, and all interested parties are invited to participate in the public discussion and review the draft Local Plan.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n4. The central public discussion will take place on Thursday, December [day], 2023, starting at 12:00 in the Multimedia Hall of the Municipality of Tivat.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n5. Comments, suggestions, and proposals can be submitted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; in electronic form via email: sekretarijatsks@opstinativat.me;<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; in writing directly at the Municipality&#8217;s registry office;<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; by mail to the address: Municipality of Tivat, Secretariat for Traffic and Housing-Communal Affairs, Trg magnolija no. 1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6.
