Street (cadastral parcel no. 90 in the cadastral municipality of Tivat) and Ulici od Potoka &#8211; Stream Street (cadastral parcel no. 634\/1 in the cadastral municipality of Donja Lastva) for the construction of two telecommunication manholes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The works will be carried out in phases, with alternating traffic flow, in accordance with the developed project for temporary traffic signaling in the construction zone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contractor is obligated to ensure smooth and safe traffic flow and to take all measures to secure and protect participants in traffic according to the Law on Road Traffic Safety (&#8220;Official Gazette of Montenegro,&#8221;
