{"id":42318,"date":"2024-01-16T14:06:33","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T13:06:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/opstinativat.me\/?p=42318"},"modified":"2024-01-30T14:12:12","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T13:12:12","slug":"public-competition-for-co-financing-the-work-programs-of-sports-organizations-for-the-year-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/opstinativat.me\/en\/public-competition-for-co-financing-the-work-programs-of-sports-organizations-for-the-year-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Public competition for co-financing the work programs of sports organizations for the year 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Public Competition for Co-Financing Programs of Sports Organizations for 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organizations eligible to participate in the competition are sports organizations that are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>registered in the register maintained by the relevant ministry;<\/li>\n<li>registered within the territory of the Municipality of Tivat;<\/li>\n<li>established at least one year before the announcement of the competition;<\/li>\n<li>settled tax obligations or arranged debt repayment;<\/li>\n<li>submitted an annual report on the use of allocated funds from the previous year, approved by the organization&#8217;s assembly, in accordance with the law;<\/li>\n<li>used allocated funds purposefully in the last year in which funds were granted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>II REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The application for the competition must be submitted on the prescribed form, along with the following documentation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a decision from the competent ministry confirming the organization&#8217;s registration in the register of sports organizations;<\/li>\n<li>an excerpt from the membership records from the parent sports union showing the number of registered members;<\/li>\n<li>a certified statement from the responsible person in the sports organization regarding the truthfulness of the data in the application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>III SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The application should be submitted by the authorized person of the sports organization using the prescribed form (available on the official website of the Municipality of Tivat &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opstinativat.me\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.opstinativat.me<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV DEADLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The deadline for submitting applications is 15 days from the date of the competition announcement, ending on January 31, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete or untimely applications will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p>For additional information, you can contact the Secretariat for Social Activities, office No. 16A, or by phone at 032-661-359.<\/p>\n<p>This announcement is published on the official website of the Municipality of Tivat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opstinativat.me\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.opstinativat.me<\/a>, on the portal of Radio Tivat, and on the notice board of the Municipality of Tivat.<\/p>\n<p>Decision to finance sport &#8211;
