The proposed amendment will define that the construction ban will come into effect on June 1st and last until September 15th. During this period, starting and carrying out construction works, including building and reconstruction of structures, and excavation of public areas will be prohibited. The current decision defines a construction ban period from July 1st to September 15th.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Due to the extended duration of the summer tourist season, it is necessary to implement the construction ban much earlier.
