The municipal government will cover up to <strong>50% of the total estimated project costs<\/strong>, based on accepted bids.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of <strong>seven applications<\/strong> were received in response to a public call by the Municipality of Tivat, with three meeting the necessary criteria. According to the <strong>Municipal Decision on Co-Financing Facade Renovation<\/strong>, the commission overseeing the process allocated:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>\u20ac20,000<\/strong> to the residential building <em>Kula Karad\u017ei\u0107a<\/em> at Kalimanjska 35,<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u20ac15,142.91<\/strong> to the residential building at 21 Novembra 2A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although eligible, the management of the building at Kotorska 7 withdrew from the competition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The renovation work will include preparatory activities, as well as the treatment and protection of external building surfaces using appropriate facade materials.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As outlined in the <strong>Draft Program for Space Management in Tivat for 2025<\/strong>, the municipality plans to <strong>double the budget<\/strong> for fa\u00e7ade renovations next year, increasing the allocation to <strong>\u20ac100,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, the Mayor of Tivat, \u017deljko Komnenovi\u0107, signed agreements with residential building managers to co-finance facade renovation projects.
