The Municipality of Tivat, through the Office of the Chief City Architect, announced a competition for the conceptual architectural and urban design of a local public facility \u2013 a market and the necessary infrastructure in Tivat.<\/p>\n
Subject of the Competition:
\nThe aim was to select the best conceptual architectural and urban design for a local public interest facility \u2013 the market and associated infrastructure \u2013 located on parts of cadastral plots no. 2286\/1, 2286\/4, 2282 (Cadastral Municipality Tivat), and parcels no. 2286\/3, 2292, 2285\/1, 2295\/2, 2293\/1 through 2293\/22 (also KO Tivat), all within the boundaries of the Detailed Urban Plan “Tivat-Center” (Official Gazette of Montenegro \u2013 Municipal Regulations No. 21\/18).<\/p>\n
The planned location for the construction of the market and its infrastructure spans an area of approximately 3,885 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n
