Public Call Announced for Co-financing Facade Renovation Works

The Municipality of Tivat has announced a public call for co-financing renovation works on the exterior parts of residential and mixed residential-commercial buildings in Tivat. The funds allocated for this purpose have been doubled compared to last year and amount to €100,000. Co-financing is provided for up to 50% of the total estimated value of the works, with a maximum of €20,000 per building.

The right to participate in the Call is granted to residential buildings that do not have a registered encumbrance related to construction recorded in the real estate register, and that have established management bodies registered with the competent Secretariat for Transport and Housing-Communal Affairs of the Municipality of Tivat.

Renovation works include treatment of facade surfaces and replacement of glass elements serving as facade cladding. Some of the criteria for determining the priority list include the building’s location, the structural condition of the facade, the age of the building, and the assessed urgency of the works. The Call is open until September 20, 2025.
