Reception for gold kickboxer Mila Jovic

The Mayor of the Municipality of Tivat, Željko Komnenović, hosted a reception for Mila Jović, a member of the “Rebel” Kickboxing Club, her coach Boško Pavićević, and the club’s president Nikola Čepić, on the occasion of the outstanding success achieved at the World Cup in Italy. The young athlete from Tivat, Mila Jović, won a gold medal in her debut appearance, competing among more than 4,000 participants, achieving a major success for her club, the town of Tivat, and Montenegrin sport. At the same competition, bronze medals (two senior and one junior) were awarded to “Rebel” members Beka Cenaj, Sava Popović, and Nikola Marinković. The Mayor congratulated Mila and KBK “Rebel” on their achievement, emphasizing that such successes represent pride for the town and a strong incentive for the further development of sport among young people. In the upcoming period, “Rebel” will compete in several important tournaments, including the national championship, the European Cup in Croatia, followed by World Cups in Turkey and Hungary.
