The fourth charity ball of the Regent Hotel – raising funds for a digital mammogram
The charitable ball of the Regent Porto Montenegro Hotel will take place on December 15th in the Teodo banquet hall. This year, the event aims to raise funds for the acquisition of a digital mammogram for the needs of the Tivat Health Center. This is a traditional event that has been contributing to addressing important needs of the local community for years, with the support of reputable companies, individuals, non-governmental organizations, diplomats, and the media.
The fourth ball, under the slogan "Za nju" - "For Her," is dedicated to women's health and aims to improve preventive measures against breast cancer by acquiring modern diagnostic equipment, such as a digital mammogram. This will significantly impact the lives of many women in Tivat and the Bay of Kotor.
The municipality of Tivat will directly support the initiative with a donation of 14,000.00 euros, which will be directed to the Health Center Tivat's donation account.
Citizens can directly contribute by making a donation to the Health Center Tivat's donation account: 530-26315-26, at NLB Bank AD Podgorica, with the note "Za nju" - "For Her."
In collaboration with the company One, a donation line has been opened, allowing all users of that network to contribute to this socially responsible initiative by sending an SMS with the text "Za nju" - "For Her" to the number 14585. The cost of one SMS is one euro, and it is possible to send an unlimited number of messages from the same number. The donation line will be active until December 31, 2023.
The entire proceeds collected at the ball will be directed to the donation account of the Health Center Tivat for the acquisition of a digital mammogram, including the revenue generated by citizens sending SMS messages.
