Peaceful and without major issues during the holidays

During the New Year and Christmas holidays, the employees of the Secretariat for Inspection and Communal Supervision have regularly performed work activities in accordance with their competencies. In addition to the usual, daily, tour of the terrain, the city center and surrounding settlements, traffic controls, controls of taxis and trucks were performed, as well as controls related to compliance with epidemiological measures of the Ministry of Health. The owners of catering facilities in Tivat respected the prescribed measures and did not perform catering activities during holidays. According to the Secretary of the Secretariat for Inspection and Communal Supervision, Jelena Šćekić, there were no major problems in the city, apart from occasional traffic jams due to heavy rainfall. Also, the authorized personnel of the Secretariat for Inspection and Communal Supervision promptly responded to the citizens' reports via the on-duty telephone / + 382 (0) 69 328 434 /. During the holidays, several problems were registered and all were resolved in a timely manner. During the same period, through the application "System 48", the local government received 10 tickets, all related to the problem of improper parking and all been resolved successfully. Twice, at the invitation of the Protection Service, the Secretariat officials participated the joint resolution of specific situations.
