Register your Accommodation

The Tourist Organization of Tivat, in cooperation with the National Tourist Organization, has launched the "Register Accommodation" campaign, inviting individuals who provide accommodation within the municipality of Tivat to fulfill their legal obligation and register their accommodation units for tourist stays. The registration process is straightforward and involves several steps, as highlighted by the Tivat Tourist Organization, along with a reminder of the necessary documentation:

• Property deed
• Copy of personal identification
• Declaration of compliance with minimal technical requirements for conducting accommodation activities, certified by a court or notary
• Completed form for entry into the central tourist registry
• Completed checklists for properties subject to categorization* (Municipal Department of Economy)
• Payment of fees of €2 and €3 for registration and issuance of a decision

*Properties such as apartments, rooms, and rental houses are subject to the categorization process, while apartments are not categorized but are only registered in the Central Tourist Registry. Applications for the registration of accommodation units are submitted to the Department of Economy of the Municipality of Tivat – Trg magnolija 1, 2nd floor, office 17.
