Public Consultation – Construction of Secondary Hydrotechnical Infrastructure (Sewerage and Water Supply Installations) for Part of the Radovići Settlement, within the Scope of the Amendments to the Detailed Urban Plan “Radovići”, Cadaster Areas Radovići, Nikovići, and Milovići

The public consultation on the Draft Program Assignment with UTU elements, which is an integral part of the Decision to Proceed with the Construction of a Local Public Interest Facility – execution of works for the construction of secondary hydrotechnical infrastructure (sewerage and water supply installations) for part of the Radovići settlement, within the scope of the Amendments to the Detailed Urban Plan “Radovići” (“Official Gazette of Montenegro – Municipal Regulations”, No. 32/11), in the cadastral areas of Radovići, Nikovići, and Milovići, will last 15 days.

The public consultation will be held from January 12, 2026, to January 27, 2026.

The Draft Program Assignment and the Decision will be

  published on the official website of the Municipality of Tivat– www.opstinativat.me

  made available in printed form to all interested citizens at the premises of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning, office no. 5.

The public consultation program will be published on the official website of the Municipality of Tivat and through Radio Tivat.

Citizens and legal entities are invited to participate in the public consultation.

Comments, proposals, and suggestions should be submitted in written form by January 27, 2026:

The implementation of this Program will be managed by the Secretariat for Spatial Planning of the Municipality of Tivat.
