Audition in Tivat – “Montenegro in the rhythm of Europe”

The gift project of the Municipality of Tivat will enable the children and youth of our city to participate in the biggest children's music competition in the country, "Montenegro in the rhythm of Europe". The competition is intended for ages 14 to 21, children and youth of Montenegro who are talented in singing and dancing. The sponsor of this music competition and television format are the ambassadors of the countries of Europe, the European Union, Australia, and Israel. The program "Montenegro in the rhythm of Europe" will be broadcast live on Radio Television of Montenegro, and the host city of the telecast is the capital of Cetinje - last year's winner.

The audition in Tivat for the selection of the best in our city will be held on Tuesday, March 7, starting at 2 p.m. in the hall of DTV Partizan. Applications can be made by sending the name and surname, number of years and city on the Instagram profile @rhythm_of_europe or to the phone number +382 69 778 778.

Up to six children will be chosen from each municipality to represent the city, and the selection will be made by singing teacher Miloš Marković and stage performance coach Milan Milinković.

Children, regardless of whether they are performing in a dance group or individually, can be chosen separately and selected into a group that will represent the municipality. Those who will sing should prepare four songs, which they will perform without a matrix, while the dancers should bring music with them on a flash drive (USB) to which they will play and dance. If the children are unable to register for any reason, they can appear at the audition itself in their city and present their talent in song or dance.

The chosen ones will have the opportunity to improve their singing and dancing talent during the preparations, which will be organized twice for four days in Cetinje. Preparations will be held by voice and stage performance coaches Miloš Marković and Milan Milinković, where they will hang out with the best children from all municipalities.

The winners of the national competition will be selected by a combination of the votes of the expert jury, the jury of cities and municipalities, participants of the television program "Montenegro in the rhythm of Europe" and viewers who vote via SMS, and the final of the telecast will be broadcast live on Radio Television of Montenegro.
