Komnenović in the Twin Town of Sremski Karlovci

The President of the Municipality of Tivat, Željko Komnenović, undertook a two-day visit to the twin town of Sremski Karlovci at the invitation of the Mayor of Sremski Karlovci, Dražen Đurđić, to attend the opening of the “Karlovci Grape Harvest 2025” festival and participate in other official activities.

During his visit, Komnenović attended a ceremonial reception at the Patriarchal Court, attended by numerous guests, representatives of sister cities, and officials from the Government of the Republic of Serbia. He met with Mayor Đurđić during the reception for delegations from twin towns and also attended an academy dedicated to the poet Duško Trifunović.

This visit continues the long-standing tradition of friendship between Sremski Karlovci and Tivat. The “Karlovci Grape Harvest 2025” festival was held from September 12 to 14, accompanied by a range of supporting cultural and social programs.
