Public debate on the amendment of the Decision on Property Tax in the Municipality of Tivat

The public debate will last for 15 days. The public debate will take place from March 21, 2024, to April 4, 2024.

The draft decision will be:

• published on the website of the Municipality of Tivat www.opstinativat.me
• made available in printed form to all interested citizens at the administrative office of the Municipality of Tivat in the premises of the Secretariat for Finance, office number 19.
• a central public debate on the Draft Decision will be held in the Multimedia Hall of the Municipality of Tivat on April 3, 2024, starting at 12:00.

The program of the public debate will be published on the website of the Municipality of Tivat.

Citizens, expert institutions, interested authorities and organizations, the civil sector, and others are invited to participate in the public debate.

Comments, suggestions, and proposals should be submitted in writing by April 4, 2024:

• by mail to the address: Municipality of Tivat, Trg Magnolìja
• directly at the reception desk of the Municipality of Tivat,
• via email: finansije@opstinativat.me

The competent Secretariat for Finance will consider the comments, suggestions, and proposals of the participants in the public debate, after which it will prepare a Report on the conducted public debate and publish it.
