The Directorate for Inspection Affairs of the Municipality of Tivat handed over a misdemeanor order for not wearing a protective mask

Communal police officers and the Directorate for Inspection Affairs of the Municipality of Tivat diligently carry out inspection supervision and control of the application of recommendations and measures of the State Coordination Body, as well as the provisions of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection against Infectious Diseases. During the performance of these activities, the officials of the mentioned municipal bodies today / Tuesday, July 7 / at their workplace, in the tourist-catering facility, "Royal Blue Montenegro" found H.E. from Tivat without protective equipment or mask. This is contrary to Article 55 of the Law on the Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases and punishable under Article 70, paragraph 4, item 8 of the said law. This person was written by the inspector of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs of the Municipality of Tivat and issued a misdemeanor order in the amount of € 100. Ears that violate the same signature, accepting their responsibility. According to the director of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs Jovica Stojković, this administration and the Communal Police continue with their activities, and all violators will be imposed measures and sanctions, in order to preserve the health and lives of citizens.
