The Municipality of Tivat Calls on Citizens to Pick Up House Number Plates

The Municipality of Tivat invites all citizens of Tivat to collect their house number plates. The plates can be picked up at the Secretariat for Traffic and Housing-Communal Affairs (second floor, office no. 17) on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The owner or co-owner of a residential or commercial building, as well as residential buildings as legal entities, are required to install and maintain the number plate in good condition, as well as to report any change of address to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro, Tivat branch. The number plate must be installed on the building in a visible location from the street, public road, or other access points to the building, to the right of the entrance.

Additionally, the Municipality reminds owners that they risk penalties as stipulated in the Decision on Communal Order if they fail to install and maintain the number plate on a residential or commercial building.
