The municipality of Tivat donated a total of more than 21.1 thousand euros to NKT

The Municipality of Tivat donated a total of 21,134.15 euros to the National Coordination Body for the Fight against Infection (NKT) in order to suppress and prevent the transmission of coronavirus. Of that amount, as a local self-government, the Municipality of Tivat paid 10,000.00 euros to NKT, and employees of the Municipality and public institutions also made a significant contribution. Donations from personal salaries of employees have so far provided support of 6,577.00 euros. Also, councilors of the Municipal Assembly of Tivat waived councilor fees in favor of NKT, in the total amount of 4,557.15 euros. The Municipality of Tivat does not have a record of donations from officials who have personally paid financial support to the NKT, which is certainly not a small number. When it comes to the epidemiological situation, the Municipality of Tivat has responsibly, organized and professionally contributed to the successful implementation and enforcement of measures from the NKT orders, which is the most important contribution to combating the spread of coronavirus infection.
