SUPPORT FOR FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS – MORE THAN A BUSINESS PLAN
On Friday, March 24, at the premises of the Municipality of Tivat, starting at 11:00, the Secretariat for Economic Development and Entrepreneurship of the Municipality of Tivat, in cooperation with the Labor Bureau of Tivat, is organizing a one-day training on business plan writing. The training, which will be conducted by Miloš Vuković from the consulting company "Fidelity consulting" from Podgorica, is intended for university students who are registered at the unemployment Bureau, and have expressed a desire to acquire skills in this area.
The main idea of the whole project is that with a one-day workshop "More than a business plan", a group formed of unemployed university students from the Labor Bureau, get the opportunity not only to train to write a business plan, but also to implement their ideas in sustainable businesses. A business plan today is necessary for the realization, but also the success of any business.
One-day training for writing a business plan is just one segment of the program that the Municipality of Tivat and the Secretariat for Economic Development and Entrepreneurship are planning when it comes to incentives for the development of entrepreneurship in Tivat. "The author of the most successful business plan will have the support of the Municipality of Tivat and its partners in the form of obtaining an interest-free loan, free accounting and consulting services in the first year of operation, but also a number of other intangible incentives from the local government." These are very significant reliefs in the initial years of business for all those who want to realize their business idea, open a company and start a private business. In this way, we will not only provide an opportunity for unemployed university students from the Labor Bureau to master the skill of writing business plans completely free of charge, but we will also specifically help the best individual to open their company and meet the challenges of the modern market. said Secretary of Economic Development and Entrepreneurship Petar Vujovic.
The Secretariat for Economic Development and Entrepreneurship believes that the realization of this project will be a successful segment of improving the business environment, as well as support for bold and unique ideas and people who need such an incentive to realize their business ideas.
It is extremely important to point out that all the income that "Fidelity consulting" will generate under this project, and for which funds were provided by the Municipality of Tivat, will be paid to the young and promising entrepreneurial team of the elementary school "Drago Milovic" to support their further work and projects.
"Fidelity consulting" is a company that deals with advising clients in the field of practical education, relations with banks, financial management and development of feasibility studies and business plans, as well as business consulting. They are EBRD consultants for the Small Business Support Program, which involves improving business in the companies they work with; organize business conferences ("State, Banks and Economy: Key Challenges of Cooperation", Regent Porto Montenegro and "NATO and the Economy: Opportunities and Opportunities for Montenegro" Hotel Splendid), as well as education programs on finance. They are members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro, as well as the Union of Employers, and with the help of the NATO code they have, they have been enabled to access and participate in tenders in NATO member countries.
