The execution of works in the streets of Nikole Tesla and Orijenska

The Secretariat for Traffic and Housing-Communal Affairs of the Municipality of Tivat informs the public that, based on Decision No. 16-341/24-UPI-86/3 dated March 15, 2024, excavation works will begin in the streets of Nikole Tesla and Orijenska (longitudinal excavation at cadastral parcels No. 228/1 and 261 both in the cadastral municipality of Tivat and three transverse excavations at cadastral parcel No. 228/1 in the cadastral municipality of Tivat) in order to connect the facility (cadastral parcel No. 179 in the cadastral municipality of Tivat) to the telecommunication infrastructure.

The works will be carried out in phases, with alternating traffic flow, in accordance with the Temporary Traffic Signaling Plan prepared for the construction zone.

The contractor is required to ensure smooth and safe traffic flow and to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of traffic participants in accordance with the Law on Road Traffic Safety ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 033/12, 058/14, 014/17, and 066/19).

The execution of the works will take place from March 20, 2024, to April 13, 2024.
