Coastal area cleaning in Tivat

The European Mobility Week, which formally ended on September 22 in Tivat, will continue tomorrow, September 25, with the coastal area cleaning activity. The activity, planned for the International Coastal Cleaning Day, which is celebrated on the third Saturday in September, was postponed last Saturday due to bad weather conditions. NGO Zero Waste Montenegro in cooperation with the NGO Naša Akcija organizes cleaning in Montenegro, and at the local level the Municipality of Tivat and the Youth Team Tivat, with the support of the Utility Company and employees of the Regent Hotel.

The action will start at 10 am, at two locations - one team will start from Mula Veselina on Lepetani towards Donja Lastva, and the other team from the gate of Porto Montenegro, along the coast of Seljanov to Donja Lastva. It is planned that the groups will meet at 12 o'clock at the church of St. Deadline, where the waste audit will be done before the end of the action. Equipment and refreshments will be provided for all participants.
