Announcement: Workshops on peer violence and abuse of pyrotechnics

The Municipality of Tivat and the competent Secretariat for Social Activities, in cooperation with the Security Department of Tivat and the Primary School "Drago Milović" Tivat, in order to prevent risky behaviors of children and youth organize workshops on peer violence and abuse of pyrotechnics during the upcoming holidays.

The workshops are intended for primary school students, from the second to the fifth grade, and will be held according to the following schedule:

• Elementary school "Drago Milović" - city home school, Tuesday, December 28, 2021. in the period from 13:00 to 15:00
• Elementary school "Drago Milović" - city home school, Wednesday, December 29, 2021. in the period from 13:00 -15: 00 h
• Donja Lastva regional unit, Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 08:00 to 09:00
• Gradiošnica regional unit, Thursday 30.12.2021. in the period from 08:00 to 09:00.

The goals of the workshops are to educate children on recognizing peer violence, directing children to adequately respond to recognized forms of violence, encouraging non-violent conflict resolution, as well as pointing out the dangers of using pyrotechnics.
