The Secretariat for Economy of the Municipality of Tivat informs the public that tomorrow (Tuesday), April 23, 2024, the second chemical treatment of Phoenix canariensis palms will be conducted on public areas this year to prevent further spread of the Red Palm Weevil (Rhynchophorus ferrugineus).

The treatment will be carried out by the authorized company “Ekoplant” LLC from Podgorica. In case of unfavorable weather conditions (wind, rain), the treatment will be postponed, and the public will be informed in a timely manner.

On this occasion, we also inform beekeepers from the Tivat area to adequately protect their bee colonies during the mentioned period.

The Secretariat for Economy of the Municipality of Tivat, in accordance with the Stimulus Measures Plan in Agriculture for the year 2023, announces the II Public Call for:

The Secretariat for the Economy of the Municipality of Tivat informs women who are registered as individuals with competent authorities for conducting economic activities, women entrepreneurs, and companies where women are business owners with residence or headquarters in the Municipality of Tivat that an Information Day for supporting women’s entrepreneurship will be held on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at 12:00 in the Business Info Center (old building of the Municipality of Tivat, behind the Tax Administration). This event is related to the current competition.

The competition for the distribution of funds to support women’s entrepreneurship was announced on November 3, 2023, and lasts for one month, until December 2, 2023. It is intended for women who want to start their own business or develop an existing one. A budget of €40,000.00 is allocated for this budget line in 2023.

The Secretariat encourages all interested parties to attend the Information Day, where they can receive all the information regarding the competition, application procedures, and conditions.

The Secretariat for the Economy of the Municipality of Tivat informs the public that based on Decision no. 10-341/23-UPI-549/1 dated 06.06.2023. year, to carry out digging works in the street “Aerodromska” in order to connect the temporary building to cat.parc. no. 1974 and 1263/1 both KO Mrčevac on electric power infrastructure.

The works will be carried out in phases, with alternating traffic flow, in accordance with the prepared Project of temporary traffic signals in the area where the works are being carried out.

The execution of works will last from 06.06.2023. until 13.06.2023. years.
